Assistance to EU citizens in the UK

The EU Delegation and embassies across the UK actively monitor the implementation of the Citizens’ Rights chapter of the EU-UK Withdrawal Agreement and the EU Settlement Scheme. Through the Citizens’ Rights Monitoring Network—comprising over 60 civil society organisations and EU/EFTA embassies—they identify and address challenges faced by EU citizens, providing a platform for information exchange and issue resolution.

To raise issues, which affect EU citizens in the UK, you may report information that you deem relevant to the EU Delegation via eu-citizens-rights@eeas.europa.eu or to your Member State consulate. For more information on the Citizens’ Rights Monitoring Network and to view the full list of member contacts, visit the Delegation of the European Union to the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland website.
